The Sketch & Flow Project is a Creative Wellness & Experience Platform that brings people together through art, movement, and immersive experiences. From pole life drawing events to social colouring clubs, we create inclusive spaces where anyone can reconnect with their creativity—no experience needed.

Our first Sketch & Pole event was a celebration of movement, self-expression and community. Guests enjoyed a unique fusion of life drawing, live pole performance and beginner-friendly pole experiences, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment.

With a thoughtfully curated material bar and a shared love of the arts, participants were encouraged to explore, create and connect. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many describing the experience as inspiring, refreshing and unlike anything they’d attended before.

The Sketch & Flow Project was born from my belief that creativity should be accessible, playful and transformative. As an extension of my work as KirzArt, the project creates opportunities for people to explore self-expression, build confidence and connect with others through art, movement and shared experiences.
